Forecasting methods can be classified as qualitative or quantitative.  Can you give reasons and/or examples of when qualitative methods should be used, and when quantitative methods should be used?  

Produce a report for a mainstream book retailer on trends from the last 1-2 years in contemporary publishing, and the recommendations you would make for them in planning for their 2021 summer marketing of fiction and their planning for the 2022 fiction market. Your report should address at least two of the following themes in its analysis and recommendations:

• How to appeal to the idea of a ‘community of readers’
• How to help consumers manage the perceived ‘risk’ of book-buying
• How to create and promote the visual appeal of the book and the bookstore
• How books respond to the current social and cultural climate
• How the young adult market for fiction should be addressed.

Describe how picking strategies and equipment selection in warehouses can enhance order fulfillment efficiency for online grocery delivery

Analyze the ways a company can improve its overall warehousing and transport strategies to remain competitive in the online grocery market.
