REFUND AND REVISION POLICY.

MidasNib is held responsible for delivering your order promptly and in accordance with the specified requirements. Should the company fail to honor any of the promised commitments, the customer is entitled to a partial or a full reimbursement as is stipulated by our refund policy.

Our refund policy gives you the right to request a reimbursement if our service failed to meet your expectations. As a client-centered writing agency, we are devoted to offering genuine professional assistance, consequently gratifying our customers' needs fully. We have a meticulous satisfaction score and over 97% of clients utilizing our services come back with additional orders.

However, cases of misunderstandings may rarely arise and our revision and refund policy are solely designed to amicably resolve such cases. We would like to categorically stress that partial or full refunds are only sanctioned when certain parameters are met. These grounds are:

No competent freelancer assigned yet.

Our algorithm assigns your order to a specialist freelancer and cases of unassigned orders are few and far between. However, in the rare and regrettable event it happens, the client is eligible for a 100% reimbursement. Additionally, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If the expert is assigned your order and less than half of the deadline has passed, but you decide to cancel the order, you are entitled to a 75%-100% refund. If over half of the remaining deadline has passed, but the client decides to cancel the order, the refundable amount can vary between 50%-0% to compensate the writer’s and company's efforts.

Late delivery.

MidasNib will refund an appropriate amount to compensate for the late delivery. The exact amount will be discussed with the customer. In cases of late deliveries caused by the customer’s inability to provide necessary information for order completion, no refund can be granted.

That is why the best scenario is to send all information regarding the task, including any additional sources that must be used all at once when placing the order initially. If the Order has been completed after the initial deadline passed yet the customer still needs to use the work, they may get a partial refund.

Double payments.

If you are billed twice, you need to notify us immediately. You need to send us both receipts so we can properly address the issue and process the full refund for the extra charge. This is an extremely rare occurrence.

Accidental duplicate order.

In order to cancel an order placed by mistake, you need to contact our customer support as soon as possible. You need to clarify that the duplicate order is not needed, and a full refund will be processed. The order would be treated as being valid if we do not receive any cancellation request before a writer has been assigned. You can still cancel the order, but one of the situations listed above will be applied.

Disputed claims.

If the customer is underwhelmed by our product and would like to get a refund instead, our Quality Assurance Department will conduct an investigation. The refund claim will be approved or denied based on the result of the investigation. Keep in mind that we always want our customers to be fully gratified hence, we will always do our best to treat the client fairly and grant them optimal customer satisfaction.

Plagiarized content.

If there is a claim, with respect to the product's authenticity, a clear report by any reputable plagiarism detection software is required, or else no refund is possible.

You do not qualify for reimbursement if:

The refund period has passed.

Reimbursements are only available within six months of the original transaction date. Money can be returned via the original payment method used for the initial purchase. If six months have passed since the transaction date, we cannot offer you a refund.

You score an underwhelming grade.

Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee high grades. MidasNib is a learning platform that cooperates with customers for the sole purpose of elevating your educational level. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund for a claim of a failed course or a similar one because our writers are primarily tasked with aiding clients in accordance with the requirements set out in the order form.

The editing, proofreading, and formatting of the product do not meet your expectations.

You are necessitated to provide our freelancers with clear requirements and expectations to help them deliver the perfect product. As, such, MidasNib is not responsible for errors of contextual nature or instances of content originality problems in materials provided by you to the writer.

Additionally, a customer is not entitled to a refund if the product delivery failed due to quality issues when it is an editing or proofreading order. Moreover, any attempt to choose editing/rewriting orders as initial instructions and pressuring freelancers to produce new content will be deemed as malicious acts.

Refund processing.

Owing to the subjective nature of writing tasks, a customer may have an opinion about the quality of the work and delivery which is different from that of our experts. In such situations, the client is required to file all claims/ complaints/ refund requests in compliance with the following guidelines to be eligible for a refund:

  • Provide a minimum of 7 working days for evaluating and communicating the decision on the request.
  • Any claim/ complaint/ refund request must be filed through the customer's account on the website along with required documentary proof, following all the terms and conditions laid out in this policy and our terms of use.
  • Provide a minimum of 7 working days for processing the refund after the decision has been communicated by the company.

Changes to the Revision and Refund Policy.

MidasNib will post any changes in essential information contained in our refund policy on our Website. Clients will be notified of any changes or revisions made via our company email or through our Website. The most recent version of this policy will be maintained on the Website.

Normally, we will try to give you some warning before the new terms become effective. However, sometimes changes will need to be made immediately and if this happens, you might not receive a notice.
