Writing Service encompasses all order statuses. "To deliver Writing Service" means to create, write or in any way produce, either fully or in parts, a sample of a completed assignment covering a term paper, thesis, dissertation, essay, report, or other written as well as recorded, pictorial, artistic and other assignments for a fee.
• Writer/expert: is a person who is engaged by the company as a freelancer who provides writing services to the client, according to the company agreement.

Account registration/creation.

You will be requested to register by providing your email and password or sign up using your Facebook or Gmail account. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update such information when required to ensure that it remains complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Should any difficulties arise during the process of account creation, please contact our customer support representatives. In addition, should any of Your contact details change over time, it is Your sole responsibility to update Your profile accordingly or inform our customer support about such changes.

Order placement.

The order is placed by accurately filling out the Order form provided on the MidasNib website. No Writing Service is provided by other means other than by request. The Order form will specify the scope of the work, Order parameters, and delivery terms. It is Your responsibility to provide accurate, comprehensive, and comprehendible information to each standard Order form section when filling in Our Order form.

MidasNib reserves the right to re-evaluate the Order details following the final payment to confirm whether the assignment requirements were met successfully, as indicated by the Customer. Should a mismatch occur, Support reserves the right to modify the Order to ensure that the Customer's requirements have been adhered to.

Order payment.

When placing an Order, you agree to pay for the provided Service. The Company starts to process Your Order only after the payment for the Service is made and authorized. The payment for the Product is calculated according to the Company's Pricing and paid in advance, as stated in the Order form, once the scope of work is identified. We will not proceed to Product delivery until the full payment has been made and authorized. It is recommended that You use a payment card at least six months before the expiration date.

Additionally, MidasNib reserves the right to offer discount and bonus programs to Customers at its discretion. The Customer can use promo code(s) when filling out the Order form. If the code is not provided in the corresponding section of the Order form, the promo code will not apply to the Order being placed. The Company commits to providing equal access to discount and bonus program information for each Customer with no exceptions.

Order volume.

Each order placed by the Client has a required volume, which is measured by the number of words. Upon the Service delivery, the document received has to match the expected number of words metric (the document may have fewer pages than requested, but should have an exact number of words according to the «275 words per page double spaced or 550 words per page single-spaced» rule). Should there be a page/number of words mismatch, the Client may request to reformat the product to match the number of words/pages according to the «275 words per page double spaced or 550 words per page single-spaced» rule.

Writing resources.

Should the Customer require specific resource material to be utilized in the production process, they must specify those resources and provide them to the Writer. If the specified resources are not provided, and the Writer is responsible for locating and paying for them, additional charges shall be incurred and must be paid before delivery can be made.

Changes in order details.

MidasNib may provide changes to the scope of work only if the designated Writer has not started the work yet. No changes can be made once the Writer has started researching and working on the order. Should the order details increase in volume, order complexity, or narrow the completion terms, the pre-agreed payment terms will be renegotiated to reflect the weight of the new instructions.

Order completion and delivery.

The Company is held responsible for the delivery of the service and for meeting the deadline indicated in the order. It is the Customer's personal responsibility to ensure the availability of delivery channels once the Company has provided the service as obligated. MidasNib will not be held responsible for an incorrect email address indicated by the Customer in the profile, spam filters, internet outages, and general customer negligence to provide communication channels and other contact means which are beyond the control of the Company.

The Customer is held responsible for downloading the service in a timely manner after the service has been provided by the Company. Seven days after the deadline, the funds will be released automatically, as this is a part of our Writer's protection. Please review each order carefully. Once the entire agreed-upon sum is received by the Writer, it is deemed that the work done is complete, and no refund will be made. You are encouraged to contact Customer Support for any kind of assistance related to Order delivery.

Order Revision.

Free amendments are provided to the Customer by the Company to ensure the quality of the provided Product and total Customer satisfaction with the Product. To receive a free Revision of the Product, the Customer has to submit a written Revision request using the Messaging System or Company's email.

The Quality Assurance Department reserves the right to decline a revision request if the Revision instructions violate initial Order instructions. In such cases, the Customer may be requested to pay additionally for the requested changes or place an Order for Editing.

In addition, the Quality Assurance Department reserves the right to decline or limit multiple revision requests if the Customer's behavior demonstrates blatant exploitation of the Expert or other unreasonable demands.
